Bodo Fritzsche holds a degree in Information Technology from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany. He has completed supplementary studies in the areas of Sales, Leadership and Project Management.

Bodo spent several years as a developer at a leading electronics company. He subsequently spent three years working in project management and sales in the IT segment at Siemens-Nixdorf.

He became an executive search consultant in 1994, working at leading international companies in the industry. He worked for Amrop International – Mülder & Partner until 1997, when he moved to Heidrick & Struggles, where he was appointed Principal and Partner.
He joined Amrop Delta as a Partner in 2002.

He advises well known service and manufacturing companies in the fields of information technology, telecommunications and high-tech, as well as automotive and construction. He also has extensive executive search experience in filling CFO, CIO and corporate communications positions.
