Finn has more than 20 years of executive search experience and has worked with assignments across abroad range of industry sectors. Finn works with board positions, managing directors, managers and directors within R&D, supply chain, sales and marketing, HR and finance.

Finn has an educational background as a Chartered Accountant from Copenhagen Business School.

Finn co-founded Amrop in Denmark in 1993 and has established several Amrop offices throughout Europe.
