His career before Amrop includes more than 16 years experience in the FMCG and Financial Services sectors. Martin started his carrier as a Sales Representative, but he has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for different companies for 6 years. Martin has worked for companies as Coca Cola, H.J. Heinz and Pilsner Urquell.

Martin has been with Amrop Dr. Kaufmann & Partner since 2011 and specializes in the fields of FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and general management. He is also an active member of International Coaching Federation, having ACC Coach certification.

Martin graduated from the Kaunas Technology University, Lithuania, in Economics and completed his MBA at City University Seatle in 2007. He is fluent in Czech, English and Russian.
