Sylvain Pène started his career as an auditor with Peat Marwick Mitchell (KPMG) then as a financial controller at Comex. He continued his career at The Morgan Guaranty Trust Company (now JP Morgan) in corporate banking in New York then in Paris. Since 1984, he has been in an executive recruitment environment. A partner with Leaders-Trust International for twelve years, he joined in 1996 the LVMH group as Director of recruitment and internal mobility. He has been a partner with RTA since 2001.

Sylvain Pène’s areas of specialization include FMCG, luxury, retail, industrial services. Sylvain Pène graduated from ESCP in Paris and holds a MBA from the Stanford Business School. He is a reserve captain in the French Navy.
