Mr. Kondou joined Amrop Jomon Associates in May 2000.

Before joining Jomon, he was with Sanwa Bank where he was engaged broadly in sales activities such as planning and opening a new branch, businesses with big companies, sales of derivative products and so on.  He was also engaged in the bank's web operations, planning and managing bank's home pages.

He holds a MS in Production System Engineering from Nagoya Institute of Technology.
