Holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Berlin, Germany, majoring in organisation, personnel and marketing.

Werner Lembke worked as project manager and assistant to the CEO in a service corporation. He has been in executive search for 20 years, working at three leading international firms in the industry, where his last position before joining Delta was as Vice-President at A.T. Kearney.

He joined Amrop Delta in 2000.

Werner supports international and national companies in the consumer goods and retail, transport and logistics, and mechanical and plant engineering industries. He has focussed on professional services for over 15 years, including a period as a member of the European core team at A.T. Kearney and currently as a member of the Professional Services Practice

Werner likes spending time with his family and enjoys sport (sailing, hiking, jogging) and nature.
