He has over 20 years experience working at companies like IBM, Procter & Gamble, Hay Group, Unisys Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta where he was Human Resources Manager for the Latin American Group.

After that, he was Managing Director for 7 years of Strategic Management consulting firm Symnetics - tantum,4 of them in the Andean Region and the last 3 years in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

He is currently Partner of Amrop - Top Management - Seeliger y Conde.

He was Vice President of the Latin American Federation of People Management Associations - FIDAGH (2007 - 2009) and first Latin American representative on the Board of Directors of the WFPMA - World Federation of People Management Associations (2008 - 2010). Previously, he was President of the Colombian Federation of Human Resource Management - ACRIP for 4 years.

Has been an international speaker and university professor. Member of several Boards of Directors. Since 2008, he also assists AIESEC as a member of its National Advisory Board in Mexico.

He is a graduate in Business Administration from the Rosario University – Colombia. He has post graduate studies in Human Resource Management at the Universities Externado in Colombia and Berkeley, California; Strategic Management at Wharton, and also Strategic Management at the Anahuac University MBA - Mexico.
