Rula joined Amrop’s partner firm in the Middle East in 1997 as Research Administration Manager and Manager of Beirut office. She advanced to Consultant/Principal in 1999 and became Partner in 2004. Prior to that, Rula had a career spanning 16 years with leading manufacturing and marketing companies in the US in procurement, marketing, and customer relations roles. During the course of her career with Amrop, Rula has executed searches for key management and functional roles serving various multinational and local companies/groups spread across the GCC, Levant and Egypt. Her search experience spans a wide variety of sectors including FMCG, Trade and Retail, Real Estate Development, Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial, Finance and Banking, ICT and not-for-profit organizations. Rula holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public administration from the American University of Beirut. She is based in Beirut, Lebanon.
