Silvana joined Amrop Panelli Motta Cabrera in 2001 as a Senior Consultant and was promoted to Director in 2008. Prior to joining Amrop Panelli Motta Cabrera she worked for ten years in Dow Corning Brasil’s marketing and sales departments, having already worked with executive search consulting.  

Silvana specializes in a variety of areas; however, she has recently focused on infrastructure, services and family-owned companies.

Silvana has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie and completed a Marketing specialization course at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP). She is also fluent in English.
