Ola Jeppsson is recognized for his deep knowledge of the life sciences sector, built through his strong experience as an executive search consultant as well as more than 10 years experience as a management consultant. With previous consulting experience at McKinsey, Ola has expertise working with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostics companies. He is a member of Amrop’s global Life Sciences practice.

Bruno Pastore developed his professional expertise in technology companies (IBM, Walsh Italia, Lombardia Informatica) and in private equity (3i Europe). His experience covers regional and international roles in Sales & Marketing, Communication as well as General Management. With degrees in Engineering and Corporate Finance, Bruno brings strong expertise to Amrop’s Technology & Media, Financial Services and Public Sector practices.

Stephan Biallas joins Amrop from his previous role as Global Chief Process and Information Officer for Metro Cash & Carry. With a master's degree in Business and Engineering, Stephan’s career includes 10 years in international management consultancy, working for PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM in partner roles. Stephan is active in Amrop’s Retail, Consumer Goods, Professional Services and Technology & Media practices.

Ulrich Beckendorff developed his early career in various roles in management consultancy and software distribution after completing a Ph.D. in Engineering. His executive search career began in 1998, working first for MSL Management Selection and then as a freelance executive search and management consultant. Ulrich has expertise in change and crisis management, management audit, as well as business process and lean consulting. He brings to Amrop a strong track record working with clients in the automotive, engineered products, cleantech, and transportation & logistics sectors.

Oliver Geb joins Amrop from his previous role as a Partner at Kienbaum Executive Consultants, working as a consultant in process optimization for the automotive, logistics and manufacturing industries. With a Ph.D. in Medical Physics, Dr. Geb has very strong knowledge of the automotive, transportation & logistics and mechanical engineering markets, with particular expertise in automation & robotics. He is active in Amrop’s Industrial & Automotive practice.

Bogdan Komlenac has worked for organizations like Glencore, the U.S. Embassy Belgrade (Department of Commerce) and US Steel’s Economic Development Center, where he gained expertise in foreign direct investments. Bogdan’s expertise includes various aspects of country-specific business/investment counseling, strategic advice, strategy implementation, investment-related project management and privatization. He works cross all industries and functional areas.
