Daniel Soh has joined Amrop as a Director in Singapore.
Michal Kotlin has joined Amrop Dr. Kaufman & Partner as a Partner in Prague.
Susanne Scherp-Keresztes has joined Amrop Delta as a Managing Director in Frankfurt.
David Engel has joined Amrop RTA as a Partner in Paris.
Yvonne Gunsch-Wegmann has joined Amrop as a Principal in Zurich.
Daniel Soh has more than a decade of experience successfully leading senior-level search assignments for general management roles based in Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea, India, and Australia. With prior experience at A.T. Kearney, Christian & Timbers and Heidrick & Struggles, Daniel has developed particular expertise and is a member of Amrop’s Practice Groups for Technology & Media, Consumer Goods & Retail, and CleanTech.
Michal Kotlin joins Amrop with 14 years of experience in Procter & Gamble, Pepsi and InBev in various sales, marketing and general management positions. Most recently, Michal has worked in executive consultancy services for large corporate clients focusing on strategy, leadership, coaching and mentoring. At Amrop, he is focused mainly in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Insurance sectors as well as on board and consultancy services.
Susanne Scherp-Keresztes began her career in Audit with KPMG before transitioning into executive search. Her executive search experience includes establishing the first German office for Michael Page, as well as a role as Managing Partner of Deininger Unternehmensberatung. Susanne's consulting practice is focused on Consumer Goods and Retail, Transport and Logistics and Industry and Engineering. She also supports international enterprises in establishing business activities in Germany.
David Engel joins Amrop with 11 years of international executive search experience. Previously, he worked in Business Development at Steelcase in the Czech Republic and as a Consultant with Arthur Anderson in Paris. His search experience is mainly focused on Consumer Goods, Luxury and Retail, with a strong background in Marketing & Sales functions across all industry sectors.
Yvonne Gunsch-Wegmann, a trained physician/surgeon, has held leadership and board positions in life sciences, healthcare, and financial services firms. In her most recent role, she was responsible for the equity segment and the international acquisition of IPOs for the Swiss stock exchange, SIX Swiss Exchange. At Amrop, Yvonne is specialized in searches in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
